At the weekly farmers market in downtown Downey, there is usually a street musician entertaining the crowd. I enjoyed this man's music very much. Unfortunately, I lost his card, so I can't tell you his name. Perhaps someone who knows can comment?
Update May 22, 2015: The musician's name is Felix Hackenberg.
