We weren't the only ones out early yesterday morning on the San Gabriel Riverbed bike path (see A good beginning). Cyclists came zipping past us with increasing regularity as the sun came up.
The path goes from the San Gabriel Mountains to the north all the way to the Pacific Ocean to the south, for a total of about 50 miles. This man is heading to the north.
