Boxcar 7 lead singer Scott Griffith was front and center engaging the crowd last Wednesday at the second of the Concert in the Park series at Furman Park. Boxcar 7 is a seven-piece show band whose passion is the blues, soul, old school R&B, classic rock, swing and a taste of funk.
The park was crowded with people of all ages —and dogs of all breeds. Don Lamkin enjoyed the concert along with his Border Collies, who brought their own raised seating area.
