Tacos Al Gavilan is open "until the last customer leaves." At 4 in the morning, people are still hanging out there getting some of their delicious tacos. This city never really sleeps, with the neon lights everywhere and cars driving all hours of the night getting home from or going to work. It is a quiet city—but she is still awake.
