I went out looking for Halloween decorations this week just like Pam did and spotted this yard. I found out that the owner made all the decorations himself with some help from a neighbor. They had a combination birthday/Halloween party last week.
These decorations were so good that I had to watch Pirates of the Caribbean this week.
