I know that the annual summer Concerts at the Park series are always popular. (I'm grateful that I live within walking distance, so that I don't have to find a parking place.) But I was still amazed at the crowds at last week's concert.
The audience ranges in age from toddlers to seniors. People bring chairs to sit on or blankets to stretch out on. Lots of people bring their dinner to eat before or during the concert. There are always lots of dogs. And everywhere you look, people are clearly enjoying themselves.
