Language by immersion

One of the advantages to living in southern California is that we are surrounded by the Spanish language. Palos Verdes, Costa Mesa, and even El Pollo Loco provide us with the opportunity to learn new Spanish words without even working at it.

Of course, not all the words relate to happy circumstances. Lately, I've added these unfortunate words to my Spanish vocabulary list.
