Last Friday night was the first annual Taste of Downey event in front of City Hall. For $10, you could sample food from over 20 Downey restaurants and enjoy the live music presented by "The Answer." I left my camera at home so that I could more easily juggle and enjoy the food. These iPhone photos show just a small portion of the event.According to the city, over 1,500 people attended — and it felt like it! It was so crowded that I could only use up 1/2 my food tickets. I'm already planning my strategy for next year's event, so that I don't miss a thing!
Sounds like a real feast!
