When my daughter planted this bush in our backyard, she called it a "butterfly bush." It has some beautiful blossoms each spring, but I don't see many butterflies around. Then the other day I was working in the backyard and I spotted this Monarch butterfly landing on several blossoms and I ran in the house to get the camera. Mr. Butterfly cooperated and came down to a level so I could get this close-up. Enjoy.
